Virtual care that offers oral health consultation at a time that works best for you.

Meet your Experience Associate

You will meet with your Experience Associate or Hygienist to talk about your medical history. If you have any oral health worries or fears, you can feel comfortable sharing them with him or her— we encourage you to ask questions.

X-rays & Impressions & Scans

After you meet your Experience Associate or Hygienist, you will receive x-rays, and impressions based on your needs.

AI Enabled Periodontal Charting

Periodontal charting measures the space between a tooth and the gum tissue next to it to determine the health of your gums.

Comprehensive Live (Synchronous) Exam

We will complete an evaluation of your mouth, we’ll check your teeth, bones, and gum— we want to make sure nothing is missed.

Treatment
Plan

Your dentist will discuss the comprehensive dental treatment plan he or she developed specifically for you. While your dentist will provide the expert guidance you deserve, your questions are always welcome and you always have the final say in your treatment.

Our Services

The following dental services and treatments are offered at no cost to UnitedHealthcare Community Plan members:

Dental Solutions

• 2 cleanings every 12 months, plus fluoride treatments

• Sealants for members under age 21

• Exams and x-rays

• Cavity fillings, crowns, bridges, partial dentures, implants and full dentures

• Gum treatments, root canals and oral surgery

Rewards

$25 gift card reward for eligible members under age 21 who complete an annual dental visit.

Medicaid does not cover all services for all ages. Please refer to the member handbook for covered services.
Please note that some of these services may require a prior authorization.
